Q: Can I pick up at the UncommonWares store in Boulder, Colorado?

A: Yes! You may place your order online and select "Store Pickup". You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. You may pickup at our store, 2888 Bluff Street, Boulder, CO 80301 during our store operating hours any time after you've received the "order ready" notification.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer flat rate ground shipping of $9 per order placed (Excludes Artwork and Furniture). If your order subtotal is over $150, we'll ship your order via ground at no cost (Excludes Artwork and Furniture). Enjoy free ground shipping on us for orders over $150 (Excludes Artwork and Furniture)!

Q: What's the turn around time, when will my order ship?

A: If you order products that we stock (non-personalized items), your order will ship within 24 business hours. If you order custom, personalized products, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for production and then time in transit. Please note that orders during the busy holiday season may take longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery services (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Once products leave our studio + store, we have to rely on the tracking provided by the carrier. 

Q: I want a few items that coordinate to give as a gift, can you make suggestions?

A: Of course, we're happy to give you coordinating gift suggestions. We'll even gift bag all items so your gift is ready to give as soon as it arrives.

Q: I ordered a monogrammed towel but I've decided it's not for me. Can I return it?

A: Unfortunately custom, personalized items are not returnable since they were made specifically for you and cannot be restocked to sell to anyone else. 

Q: My order arrived but the product was damaged. What do I do?

A: Please accept our apologies for the condition of your order. If you can please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging and email them to 4service@uncommonwares.com we will get it resolved. We'll get a replacement right out to you and send a pre-paid return label for the damaged product.

Q: I want to order a large quantity for party favors. Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Absolutely! Please let us know which product(s) you're interested in and the quantity and we'll put a package together for you. If you're trying to stay within a particular budget, please include that information as well.
